Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Products that cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

• Any product returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@winneroz.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• A photo of the product 

We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
